XMFQ-125-E CUTTING TEST MACHINE

操作步驟：operation step：

第一步：確定并輸入砂輪直徑和工件直徑；

Step 1，make confirm and set the cutting disc diameter and workpiece

Diameter;

第二步：安裝工件，點(diǎn)按手動(dòng)進(jìn)料，工件會(huì)自動(dòng)往前送；

Step 2，place the workpiece into the feeding rack and then click the manual and manual feeding，the workpiece will be fed forward；

第三步：點(diǎn)位置回零；切記回零時(shí)，工件不要超過(guò)砂輪片。

Step 3，return the point position to zero；Remeber that  the workpiece shoul的not exceed the cutting disc when returning to zero.

第四步：點(diǎn)按手動(dòng)下刀，法蘭距離工件大約2mm 停止，點(diǎn)擊下限位保存；

Step 4，click the manual lower the cutting disc，stop when the flange is away from the workpiece，click the the point lower limit saving；

第五步：按手動(dòng)抬刀，法蘭*下方與工件*上方距離應(yīng)大于工件直徑1-2mm，點(diǎn)末刀位保存；

Step 5，press manual cutting disc lifting；the distance between the bottom of the flange and the top of the workpiece should be morn1-2mm than the workpiece diameter，click the save the end cutting position；

第六步：點(diǎn)手動(dòng)抬到至工件上方，點(diǎn)擊待切位保存；

Step 6，press manual lifting to lift the cutting disc above the workpiece，

Then click the save the point to be cut；

第七步：點(diǎn)擊自動(dòng)，然后按下綠色啟動(dòng)按鈕；

Step 7，click Auto then press the green start button.
